How to erase ScanIt with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ScanIt is a program released by JBSoftware. Some users want to uninstall it. This is hard because doing this by hand requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY practice to uninstall ScanIt is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your system.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find ScanIt or simply click the Search feature and type in "ScanIt". If it exists on your system the ScanIt application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select ScanIt in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding ScanIt, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

8. After removing ScanIt, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong ScanIt that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing ScanIt using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
