How to uninstall SMART Ink using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SMART Ink is an application by SMART Technologies ULC. Sometimes, computer users try to remove it. This can be easier said than done because doing this by hand takes some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE practice to remove SMART Ink is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows computer.

• visit Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SMART Ink or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SMART Ink". The SMART Ink app will be found very quickly. When you click SMART Ink in the list of apps, the following information about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about SMART Ink, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SMART Ink:

• The software company is: http://www.smarttech.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{AEB52A9D-8594-4CFB-98BF-5D5732FF3D2D}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall SMART Ink.


8. After removing SMART Ink, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SMART Ink that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing SMART Ink using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
