You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

How to remove Responder from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Responder is an application released by CounterTack, Inc.. Some people choose to uninstall it. This can be efortful because uninstalling this manually takes some skill regarding PCs. The best SIMPLE approach to uninstall Responder is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows computer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Responder or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Responder". If it exists on your system the Responder app will be found automatically. After you select Responder in the list of applications, some information about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Responder, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Responder.


8. After removing Responder, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Responder that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Responder using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
