A way to uninstall ResScan from your PC

How to uninstall ResScan from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ResScan is an application released by the software company ResMed Pty Ltd. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some experience regarding PCs. One of the best EASY practice to uninstall ResScan is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

3. Press the General Tools button

5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find ResScan or simply activate the Search field and type in "ResScan". If it is installed on your PC the ResScan app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click ResScan in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about ResScan, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall ResScan.

8. After removing ResScan, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of ResScan which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing ResScan with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
