A guide to uninstall Raptr from your system

Raptr is a Windows application. When planning to uninstall Raptr you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Raptr:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Raptr

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall Raptr:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Raptr Inc.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Raptr.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Raptr\exclude_exe.reg
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Raptr\overlay.ini
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Raptr\raptr.cfg

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\raptr
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Raptr
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Raptr
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Raptr

A way to uninstall Raptr using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Raptr is an application released by the software company Raptr, Inc. Some people try to uninstall it. This is efortful because performing this by hand takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY solution to uninstall Raptr is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Raptr or simply activate the Search field and type in "Raptr". The Raptr application will be found automatically. After you select Raptr in the list , some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Raptr, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Raptr.


8. After uninstalling Raptr, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Raptr which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Raptr using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
