3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find RC Client or simply click the Search field and type in "RC Client". If it is installed on your PC the RC Client program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select RC Client in the list , the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

All the items that belong RC Client that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
