If planning to uninstall RAIDXpert you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Directories left on disk:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\RAIDXpert
  • C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Hardware\AMD\RAIDXpert
  • C:\Users\%user%\Desktop\RAIDXpert Utility

The files below are left behind on your disk when you remove RAIDXpert:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\RAIDXpert\_jvm\bin\attach.dll
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\RAIDXpert\_jvm\bin\awt.dll
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\RAIDXpert\_jvm\bin\axbridge.dll
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\RAIDXpert\_jvm\bin\client\classes.jsa

Many times the following registry data will not be cleaned:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{8B76B8E9-F773-4B75-A08C-120079EB765E}

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{8B76B8E9-F773-4B75-A08C-120079EB765E}\InstallLocation
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{8B76B8E9-F773-4B75-A08C-120079EB765E}\InstallLocation
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AMDRAIDXpert\ImagePath


A way to uninstall RAIDXpert from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

RAIDXpert is a program released by the software company AMD. Sometimes, users want to erase it. This can be difficult because uninstalling this manually takes some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK practice to erase RAIDXpert is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows computer.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find RAIDXpert or simply click the Search feature and type in "RAIDXpert". If it exists on your system the RAIDXpert program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select RAIDXpert in the list of apps, some data about the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about RAIDXpert, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall RAIDXpert.

8. After removing RAIDXpert, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong RAIDXpert that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing RAIDXpert with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
