How to uninstall Quicken from your computer

A way to remove Quicken with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Quicken is an application by the software company Quicken. Some computer users try to erase this application. Sometimes this is hard because removing this by hand takes some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK practice to erase Quicken is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows system.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Quicken or simply click the Search feature and type in "Quicken". The Quicken program will be found automatically. After you select Quicken in the list of applications, the following information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Quicken, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Quicken.


8. After removing Quicken, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Quicken which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Quicken using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
