How to uninstall QuickBooks from your system

A way to erase QuickBooks from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is an application by the software company Intuit Limited. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because doing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY manner to uninstall QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows system.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply click the Search field and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks program will be found automatically. After you click QuickBooks in the list of applications, some information about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QuickBooks.

8. After uninstalling QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
