How to erase QuickBooks from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is an application released by Intuit Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to remove this application. This can be easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK solution to remove QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply activate the Search feature and type in "QuickBooks". The QuickBooks application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select QuickBooks in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding QuickBooks, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall QuickBooks.

8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong QuickBooks that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
