A guide to uninstall PyCharm from your PC

A way to delete PyCharm with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PyCharm is an application offered by JetBrains s.r.o.. Some people choose to erase this program. This is troublesome because performing this by hand requires some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find PyCharm or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PyCharm". The PyCharm app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click PyCharm in the list , the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about PyCharm, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for PyCharm:

• The software company is: https://www.jetbrains.com/products
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\JetBrains\PyCharm Community Edition 2022.2\bin\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove PyCharm.


8. After uninstalling PyCharm, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong PyCharm which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing PyCharm with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
