How to uninstall Privacy Guardian from your PC

Privacy Guardian is a computer program. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Privacy Guardian or simply activate the Search field and type in "Privacy Guardian". The Privacy Guardian program will be found automatically. When you click Privacy Guardian in the list of apps, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Privacy Guardian, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Privacy Guardian:

• The publisher is: "http://www.iolo.com/"
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Phoenix360\PrivacyGuardian\uninstallPrivacyGuardian.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Privacy Guardian.


8. After removing Privacy Guardian, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Privacy Guardian which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Privacy Guardian using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
