A way to erase Privacy Control from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Privacy Control is a program by the software company Privacy Control. Some computer users want to uninstall this application. 3. Click on the General Tools category

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Privacy Control or simply click the Search feature and type in "Privacy Control". If it exists on your system the Privacy Control program will be found very quickly. When you select Privacy Control in the list of programs, some data about the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Privacy Control, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Privacy Control.

8. After removing Privacy Control, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Privacy Control that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Privacy Control with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
