A way to erase PortView from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PortView is a program released by genoray. Sometimes, users want to remove it. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK practice to remove PortView is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find PortView or simply activate the Search field and type in "PortView". If it is installed on your PC the PortView program will be found very quickly. After you click PortView in the list of programs, the following information about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about PortView, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for PortView:

• The publisher is: http://www.genoray.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{1DFD03E2-5426-4A3A-855E-98739E11814C}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove PortView.


8. After removing PortView, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong PortView which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing PortView with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
