A way to delete Peerio from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Peerio is a program marketed by the software company Technologies Peerio Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is difficult because doing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY practice to uninstall Peerio is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows system.

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Peerio or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Peerio". If it is installed on your PC the Peerio application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Peerio in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Peerio, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

8. After removing Peerio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Peerio that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Peerio with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
