Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf\OverwolfLauncher.exe.FriendlyAppName
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\E:\Overwolf\OverwolfLauncher.exe.ApplicationCompany

A way to uninstall Overwolf from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Overwolf is a program offered by Overwolf Ltd.. Frequently, computer users choose to erase this application. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Overwolf or simply click the Search field and type in "Overwolf". If it exists on your system the Overwolf program will be found very quickly. When you click Overwolf in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Overwolf, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Overwolf:

• The publisher is: https://www.overwolf.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf\\OWUninstaller.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Overwolf.


8. After uninstalling Overwolf, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Overwolf which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Overwolf with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
