Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. OpenPHT's main file takes about 14.23 MB (14921776 bytes) and is called OpenPHT.exe.

How to uninstall OpenPHT with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove OpenPHT.

All the items that belong OpenPHT which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
