How to delete OSForensics using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OSForensics is an application offered by the software company PassMark Software. Frequently, users want to uninstall it. This is troublesome because removing this manually requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY practice to uninstall OSForensics is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find OSForensics or simply activate the Search field and type in "OSForensics". The OSForensics app will be found automatically. When you select OSForensics in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about OSForensics, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for OSForensics:

• The software company is: https://www.passmark.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\OSForensics\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall OSForensics.


8. After uninstalling OSForensics, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of OSForensics that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling OSForensics with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
