A guide to uninstall NetWorker from your computer

Keep in mind that you might receive a notification for administrator rights. nwadmin.exe is the NetWorker's primary executable file and it occupies about 432.05 KB (442424 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove NetWorker from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NetWorker is an application marketed by LEGATO Software, a Division of EMC. Some people want to remove it. This can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK procedure to remove NetWorker is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate NetWorker or simply click the Search field and type in "NetWorker". If it is installed on your PC the NetWorker application will be found very quickly. When you select NetWorker in the list , some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding NetWorker, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for NetWorker:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.legato.com/
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{3A8DC19F-BFFC-4090-ADBC-A920FEBE778E}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove NetWorker.


8. After uninstalling NetWorker, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong NetWorker which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling NetWorker with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
