Several files, folders and registry entries can not be removed when you are trying to remove NetScaler Gateway Plug-in from your PC.

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall NetScaler Gateway Plug-in:

Open regedit.exe to remove the values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\FEBFDA2ECFA0CF3418F38D94B2FE7DD2\ProductName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\windows\Installer\{E2ADFBEF-0AFC-43FC-813F-D8492BEFD72D}\
