Some files, folders and Windows registry entries can not be deleted when you are trying to remove NVIDIA PhysX from your computer.

Folders left behind when you uninstall NVIDIA PhysX:

• C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX

Generally the following registry keys will not be removed:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\D566EAE4A75940D46997A35D28008877
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\D566EAE4A75940D46997A35D28008877
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX_SystemSoftware

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\D566EAE4A75940D46997A35D28008877\ProductName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Engine\

How to delete NVIDIA PhysX from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVIDIA PhysX is a program marketed by the software company NVIDIA Corporation. Frequently, computer users want to erase it. 7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall NVIDIA PhysX.


8. After removing NVIDIA PhysX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong NVIDIA PhysX which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
