If you are manually uninstalling NEO Pro we recommend you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{967589D5-B68C-4D03-A8F5-C796AC8192A9}

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

A way to uninstall NEO Pro using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NEO Pro is a program by the software company Caelo Software BV. Some people want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some know-how related to PCs. The best SIMPLE practice to uninstall NEO Pro is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find NEO Pro or simply click the Search feature and type in "NEO Pro". If it is installed on your PC the NEO Pro app will be found very quickly. When you click NEO Pro in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding NEO Pro, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove NEO Pro.


8. After uninstalling NEO Pro, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of NEO Pro which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing NEO Pro using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
