Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\MyDPD\Update.exe.FriendlyAppName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\bam\UserSettings\S-1-5-21-556429549-3894838240-758237114-1001\\Device\HarddiskVolume5\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\MyDPD\app-1.0.7\MyDPD.exe
