How to uninstall MongoDB Compass from your PC

MongoDB Compass is a Windows application. A way to uninstall MongoDB Compass from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MongoDB Compass is an application by MongoDB Inc. Some users choose to erase this application. This is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY manner to erase MongoDB Compass is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your system.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find MongoDB Compass or simply click the Search field and type in "MongoDB Compass". The MongoDB Compass application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select MongoDB Compass in the list , the following data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding MongoDB Compass, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove MongoDB Compass.
