A way to uninstall McAfee from your PC

A way to erase McAfee from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee is a program released by McAfee, LLC. Sometimes, users decide to erase this application. • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate McAfee or simply click the Search field and type in "McAfee". If it exists on your system the McAfee app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select McAfee in the list of applications, the following information about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about McAfee, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall McAfee.


8. After uninstalling McAfee, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong McAfee which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling McAfee with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
