After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are listed below.

Registry that is not cleaned:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail\Mailbird
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mailbird
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\Mailbird_RASAPI32

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Mailbird.Url.mailto\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{5D1277E2-10BF-4016-AA82-162379A4EFA2}\InstallLocation
