A way to erase MLNX_VPI using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MLNX_VPI is a program marketed by the software company Mellanox Technologies. Some users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because deleting this manually takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE way to uninstall MLNX_VPI is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find MLNX_VPI or simply click the Search feature and type in "MLNX_VPI". If it is installed on your PC the MLNX_VPI app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select MLNX_VPI in the list of programs, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about MLNX_VPI, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for MLNX_VPI:

• The publisher is: http://www.Mellanox.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{B67CD3E3-AF32-42D3-B407-FEFE3F8241A1}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove MLNX_VPI.


8. After uninstalling MLNX_VPI, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of MLNX_VPI which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing MLNX_VPI with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
