How to delete Lightworks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Lightworks is an application by LWKS Software Ltd.. Frequently, computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is difficult because doing this manually takes some know-how related to PCs. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall Lightworks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your system.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Lightworks or simply activate the Search field and type in "Lightworks". If it exists on your system the Lightworks program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Lightworks in the list of programs, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Lightworks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Lightworks:

• The software company is: http://www.lwks.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Lightworks\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Lightworks.


8. After removing Lightworks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Lightworks that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Lightworks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
