A way to uninstall LLVM from your PC

This web page contains complete information on how to uninstall LLVM for Windows. The Windows release was developed by LLVM. More information on LLVM can be found here. The application is usually installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\LLVM folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for uninstalling LLVM is C:\Program Files (x86)\LLVM\Uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. LLVM's primary file takes about 9.66 MB (10124800 bytes) and its name is llvm-ranlib.exe.

A way to uninstall LLVM using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

LLVM is an application marketed by LLVM. Frequently, people want to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because performing this manually takes some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY manner to uninstall LLVM is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find LLVM or simply click the Search field and type in "LLVM". If it is installed on your PC the LLVM program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click LLVM in the list of apps, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about LLVM, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall LLVM.


8. After removing LLVM, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of LLVM that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling LLVM with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
