Quite a few files, folders and Windows registry data will not be uninstalled when you remove LAS X from your computer.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{0FB279A2-7AAB-4D8E-A773-7057AD070E47}

A way to remove LAS X from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

LAS X is an application by the software company Leica Microsystems CMS GmbH. Some people want to erase this application. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this manually takes some know-how regarding PCs. The best QUICK procedure to erase LAS X is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate LAS X or simply activate the Search field and type in "LAS X". If it is installed on your PC the LAS X application will be found very quickly. When you click LAS X in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about LAS X, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for LAS X:

• The web site of the application is: https://www.leica-microsystems.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{0FB279A2-7AAB-4D8E-A773-7057AD070E47}\setup.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall LAS X.


8. After uninstalling LAS X, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of LAS X which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing LAS X with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
