How to uninstall Kismet from your system

Kismet is a Windows application. A way to delete Kismet from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Kismet is a program marketed by the software company Psyop. Some computer users try to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because doing this by hand takes some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY manner to uninstall Kismet is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your system.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Kismet or simply click the Search field and type in "Kismet". If it exists on your system the Kismet program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Kismet in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Kismet, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Kismet:

• The software company is: http://www.kismetvr.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Kismet.


8. After removing Kismet, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Kismet which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Kismet using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
