How to erase Keysight License Manager using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Keysight License Manager is a program released by the software company Keysight Technologies. Sometimes, computer users try to remove this application. This can be efortful because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually.
