A way to uninstall JT2Go from your PC

This page is about JT2Go for Windows. Here you can find details on how to uninstall it from your PC. It was coded for Windows by Siemens PLM Software. More info about Siemens PLM Software can be found here. More info about the app JT2Go can be found at http://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/products/teamcenter/index.shtml. JT2Go is frequently set up in the C:\Program Files\Siemens\JT2Go folder, but this location may differ a lot depending on the user's decision while installing the program. JT2Go's full uninstall command line is MsiExec.exe /I{FD0BFD54-0291-42E4-90ED-945721686FA9}. JT2Go's main file takes around 5.46 MB (5723304 bytes) and is called NextLabsClientSetup.exe.

JT2Go is composed of the following executables which take 11.07 MB (11602600 bytes) on disk:

• NextLabsClientSetup.exe (5.46 MB)
• VisView_NG.exe (5.53 MB)
• JTToHTML.exe (25.00 KB)
• TcVisConsole.exe (50.00 KB)

A way to remove JT2Go from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

JT2Go is an application offered by Siemens PLM Software. Sometimes, people decide to erase this application. Sometimes this is hard because doing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. The best SIMPLE procedure to erase JT2Go is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate JT2Go or simply click the Search feature and type in "JT2Go". If it is installed on your PC the JT2Go program will be found automatically. When you select JT2Go in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about JT2Go, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for JT2Go:

• The publisher is: http://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/products/teamcenter/index.shtml
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{FD0BFD54-0291-42E4-90ED-945721686FA9}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall JT2Go.


8. After uninstalling JT2Go, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of JT2Go that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing JT2Go with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
