Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

A way to erase IPSView with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IPSView is a program offered by the software company Brownson. Some users decide to remove it. 8. After uninstalling IPSView, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of IPSView which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
