3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find IOassistant or simply click the Search feature and type in "IOassistant". The IOassistant application will be found very quickly. When you click IOassistant in the list of programs, the following data about the application is made available to you:
