How to uninstall IDS from your PC

How to erase IDS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is an application by the software company Ford Motor Company. Some computer users want to erase this application. This can be troublesome because deleting this manually takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY approach to erase IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find IDS or simply activate the Search feature and type in "IDS". The IDS program will be found very quickly. After you click IDS in the list , some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding IDS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove IDS.


8. After removing IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong IDS which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling IDS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
