A way to uninstall IAM from your computer

This page is about IAM for Windows. Below you can find details on how to uninstall it from your computer. It was created for Windows by PaloDEx Group. More information on PaloDEx Group can be found here. Further information about IAM can be found at www.palodexgroup.com. Usually the IAM program is found in the C:\Program Files\PaloDEx Group\IAM folder, depending on the user's option during setup. You can remove IAM by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line MsiExec.exe /X{321C0B90-A498-4FE8-B502-FF206C0AF2CE}. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for administrator rights. IAM's main file takes about 3.15 MB (3305984 bytes) and is named pp_gui.exe.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

A way to uninstall IAM from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IAM is an application offered by the software company PaloDEx Group. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. This is difficult because doing this manually takes some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK solution to remove IAM is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows PC.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate IAM or simply activate the Search field and type in "IAM". If it is installed on your PC the IAM application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select IAM in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding IAM, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for IAM:

• The web site of the application is: www.palodexgroup.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{321C0B90-A498-4FE8-B502-FF206C0AF2CE}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall IAM.


8. After uninstalling IAM, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of IAM which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling IAM using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
