If you are manually uninstalling HoYoPlay we recommend you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders that were found:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\HoYoPlay

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall HoYoPlay:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\HoYoPlay\HoYoPlay.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\HoYoPlay\Uninstall HoYoPlay.lnk

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\HYP_1_0_global

A way to uninstall HoYoPlay from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HoYoPlay is an application offered by the software company COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.. Some people decide to uninstall this application. This is easier said than done because doing this by hand requires some experience related to Windows internal functioning. • navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate HoYoPlay or simply click the Search feature and type in "HoYoPlay". If it is installed on your PC the HoYoPlay program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click HoYoPlay in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding HoYoPlay, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for HoYoPlay:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\HoYoPlay\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall HoYoPlay.


8. After removing HoYoPlay, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of HoYoPlay which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling HoYoPlay with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
