Usually the HiDrive application is to be found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\STRATO\HiDrive directory, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for removing HiDrive is MsiExec.exe /X{21C16BEA-8896-4D77-A6F6-C4AAC8263A19}. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. HiDrive.App.exe is the HiDrive's primary executable file and it takes close to 233.18 KB (238776 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase HiDrive from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
HiDrive is a program by STRATO AG. Frequently, computer users decide to remove this program. This is efortful because deleting this manually requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY approach to remove HiDrive is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows system.

- download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.
3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find HiDrive or simply click the Search feature and type in "HiDrive". If it exists on your system the HiDrive app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click HiDrive in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:
- Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about HiDrive, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
For example you can see that for HiDrive:
- The software company is: http://www.strato.com
- The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{21C16BEA-8896-4D77-A6F6-C4AAC8263A19}
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove HiDrive.

8. After uninstalling HiDrive, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of HiDrive that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing HiDrive using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
