How to erase HDCleaner from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HDCleaner is an application by the software company Kurt Zimmermann. Sometimes, users choose to uninstall it. This can be difficult because deleting this manually requires some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY action to uninstall HDCleaner is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate HDCleaner or simply click the Search field and type in "HDCleaner". If it is installed on your PC the HDCleaner program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click HDCleaner in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding HDCleaner, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove HDCleaner.

8. After uninstalling HDCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong HDCleaner that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing HDCleaner with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
