A guide to uninstall Guardbox from your PC

If you are manually uninstalling Guardbox we recommend you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders found on disk after you uninstall Guardbox from your computer:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Guardbox

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall Guardbox:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\Software\Guardbox
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Guardbox
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Guardbox

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Guardbox\1.2.1.22\node.exe
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Guardbox\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Guardbox\DisplayName
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Guardbox\UninstallString

How to delete Guardbox with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Guardbox or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Guardbox". If it is installed on your PC the Guardbox program will be found automatically. After you click Guardbox in the list , the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Guardbox, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Guardbox.
