How to uninstall GroupWise from your system

Keep in mind that you might be prompted for admin rights. grpwise.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 9.60 MB (10063360 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete GroupWise with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GroupWise is a program released by Micro Focus. Frequently, people decide to erase this program. This can be difficult because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK approach to erase GroupWise is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find GroupWise or simply click the Search feature and type in "GroupWise". The GroupWise application will be found very quickly. When you select GroupWise in the list , some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding GroupWise, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for GroupWise:

• The software company is: http://www.novell.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{67ED361A-C5F7-4AAF-B877-6ACE3827A725}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GroupWise.


8. After removing GroupWise, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of GroupWise that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing GroupWise using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
