How to uninstall GroupWise from your computer

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for administrator rights. GroupWise's main file takes about 9.77 MB (10239504 bytes) and its name is grpwise.exe.

A way to uninstall GroupWise from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GroupWise is an application offered by the software company Micro Focus Software Inc.. Sometimes, people try to uninstall this application. This can be efortful because performing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE way to uninstall GroupWise is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find GroupWise or simply click the Search feature and type in "GroupWise". If it is installed on your PC the GroupWise app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click GroupWise in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about GroupWise, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GroupWise:

• The publisher is: http://www.novell.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{51AD249E-101C-4097-8D08-2C58C812CDBA}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GroupWise.


8. After removing GroupWise, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong GroupWise that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling GroupWise with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
