A guide to uninstall Ghost from your PC

Ghost is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by Ghost Foundation. More info about Ghost Foundation can be read here. Ghost is usually installed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\ghost directory, but this location can differ a lot depending on the user's decision while installing the application. Ghost's full uninstall command line is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\ghost\Update.exe. Ghost's primary file takes around 347.29 KB (355624 bytes) and is called Ghost.exe.

Ghost is comprised of the following executables which take 64.41 MB (67540640 bytes) on disk:

  • Ghost.exe (347.29 KB)
  • squirrel.exe (1.55 MB)
  • Ghost.exe (60.97 MB)

A way to delete Ghost from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ghost is an application released by the software company Ghost Foundation. Sometimes, people want to uninstall this program. This is difficult because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall Ghost is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows computer.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Ghost or simply activate the Search field and type in "Ghost". If it exists on your system the Ghost app will be found very quickly. When you click Ghost in the list of applications, the following data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Ghost, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Ghost.

8. After uninstalling Ghost, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Ghost which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Ghost with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
