How to uninstall GeoGebra Classic from your computer

This page contains detailed information on how to remove GeoGebra Classic for Windows. The Windows release was developed by International GeoGebra Institute. Additional info about International GeoGebra Institute can be found here. The program is frequently placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\GeoGebra_6 folder (same installation drive as Windows). C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\GeoGebra_6\Update.exe is the full command line if you want to remove GeoGebra Classic. GeoGebra Classic's main file takes around 1.45 MB (1518192 bytes) and is called Update.exe.

A way to remove GeoGebra Classic from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GeoGebra Classic is a program by the software company International GeoGebra Institute. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this program. This is troublesome because performing this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY manner to uninstall GeoGebra Classic is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find GeoGebra Classic or simply click the Search field and type in "GeoGebra Classic". The GeoGebra Classic program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click GeoGebra Classic in the list of applications, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about GeoGebra Classic, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove GeoGebra Classic.


8. After uninstalling GeoGebra Classic, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of GeoGebra Classic which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling GeoGebra Classic with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
