3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find GenHelp or simply activate the Search feature and type in "GenHelp". If it is installed on your PC the GenHelp program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select GenHelp in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about GenHelp, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove GenHelp.

8. After uninstalling GenHelp, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong GenHelp which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
