A way to delete GMI Imager from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GMI Imager is a program marketed by the software company GeoMechanics International. Sometimes, computer users try to erase it. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate GMI Imager or simply activate the Search feature and type in "GMI Imager". If it exists on your system the GMI Imager application will be found very quickly. After you click GMI Imager in the list , some information about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about GMI Imager, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GMI Imager:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\GeoMechanics International\GMI Imager\uninst.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove GMI Imager.


8. After removing GMI Imager, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of GMI Imager that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling GMI Imager using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
