A guide to uninstall GFXplorer from your computer

A way to erase GFXplorer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GFXplorer is a program released by the software company Xtreme-LAb®. Frequently, users decide to erase this program. This can be troublesome because removing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase GFXplorer is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate GFXplorer or simply click the Search feature and type in "GFXplorer". If it is installed on your PC the GFXplorer program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select GFXplorer in the list of apps, the following information about the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about GFXplorer, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GFXplorer\unins000.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove GFXplorer.

8. After removing GFXplorer, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong GFXplorer which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing GFXplorer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
