A guide to uninstall GDS 2 from your computer

GDS 2 is a Windows program. GDS 2 has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall GDS 2:

• C:\Program Files\GDS 2

The files below remain on your disk when you remove GDS 2:

• C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\Launch GDS 2.lnk
• C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\GDS 2\Launch GDS 2.lnk
• C:\Program Files\GDS 2\BinaryWriter.dll
• C:\Program Files\GDS 2\dls.jar

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{0624CA22-A85C-4A3B-97DD-C73ACB26AFEF}

Supplementary registry values that are not cleaned:

How to erase GDS 2 from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GDS 2 is a program released by MAHLE Test Systems. Sometimes, people try to uninstall this application. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall GDS 2 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find GDS 2 or simply click the Search field and type in "GDS 2". The GDS 2 program will be found automatically. When you select GDS 2 in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding GDS 2, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove GDS 2.


8. After removing GDS 2, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of GDS 2 that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling GDS 2 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
