How to uninstall Firefox from your computer

Firefox is a software application. Note that you might get a notification for admin rights. firefox.exe is the Firefox's main executable file and it occupies circa 892.47 KB (913888 bytes) on disk.

How to remove Firefox from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Firefox or simply activate the Search field and type in "Firefox". The Firefox application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Firefox in the list of apps, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Firefox, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Firefox.


8. After uninstalling Firefox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Firefox which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
